We use the 220D to gather the specifications for each head in our fitting matrix in order to create a full understanding of every golf club we work with. This machine is also used in our Quality Control phase to confirm that the target loft, face angle and lie for each build has been achieved.

Auditor 50416 – shaft analyzer

The Auditor 50416 performs flex sorting, flex profiling, flex matching and detects shaft spine orientation and magnitude providing a full understanding of the flexural characteristics and overall stiffness of golf shafts. It is a crucial component of our research and testing. We use it to create our shaft profile database which allows us to understand the true playing stiffness of every shaft in our fitting matrix in addition to its profile. Since there is no industry standard for flex, these measurements are critical to both our fitting protocol and our targets.
